**What You'll Champion:**

+ Hiring a Part-Time Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join WellSpan York Hospital, supporting Inpatient Pediatrics and/or the Newborn Nursery
+ 20 hours per week (part-time) with flexible shift options based on interest and clinical focus
+ Level I Newborn Nursery managing newborns ≥22 weeks, with on-site support from a Level III NICU
+ Newborn Nursery role includes in-house, daytime coverage only with 9-hour shifts (7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
+ Inpatient Pediatrics role includes coverage of a 9-bed pediatric inpatient unit
+ Provide acute and intermediate-level pediatric care, including Emergency Department consultations
+ Inpatient pediatric shifts available include 12-hour day shifts (8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.) and 24-hour shifts (8:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.)
