As a vital member of the Neuro-Oncology Division within the Department of Neurology, the Nurse Practitioner works within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care. Operating under the oversight of a supervising physician and in alignment with committee-approved privileges, the APP provides specialized patient management within their full scope of practice.

Summary:
A Nurse Practitioner functions as part of the interdisciplinary healthcare team in accordance with privileges approved by the credentialing committee to provide high quality, cost effective care to patients within the APPs scope of practice in collaboration with a supervising physician.
