**What You'll Champion:**

+ Hiring to maintain adequate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) staffing to support ED holds, ED Observation (EDOP) patients, and triage/transfer responsibilities.
+ 7-on / 7-off rotation (Monday-Sunday) with 12-hour night shifts (7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.), including coverage of any holidays that fall within the scheduled rotation.
+ Provide comprehensive inpatient floor coverage, including bedside patient evaluations, assistance with code responses, medication management, and clinical support across all inpatient units (excluding the ICU).
+ Join a high-volume, fast-paced hospital environment, averaging 300 patients per night, offering a dynamic and rewarding clinical experience.
