The Specialty Care Nursery at Nash UNC Health Care is located within the Women’s Center, a 47,048-square-foot facility opened in May 2016 and designed with input from mother-baby experts, community members, and new parents. The Women’s Center features:

+ Six labor and delivery suites with private bathrooms
+ A dedicated cesarean section suite and spacious recovery room
+ Sixteen mother–baby postpartum rooms with private bathrooms
+ A large, modern Special Care Nursery
