**JOB SUMMARY:**

Performs responsible advanced clinical care **with a primary focus on Substance Use Disorders (SUDs) and community-based internal medicine** , in collaboration with supervising physicians and under approved protocols. This role manages the medical aspects of care including observation, assessment, diagnosis, intervention, evaluation, rehabilitation, patient counseling, and health education for individuals affected by SUDs and related medical conditions. The position emphasizes evidence-based addiction medicine, integrated primary care, and community health, while also supporting health promotion, illness prevention, and continuity of care across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
