Position Summary

St. Francis Hospital & Heart Center is seeking a highly skilled Inpatient Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Comprehensive Congestive Heart Failure Program.

The APP will provide advanced, evidence-based care to patients with acute and chronic heart failure across all stages of disease severity, including complex and advanced therapies.
