**Position Requirements:**
**A: Licensure/Certification/Registration:**

+ Current and valid license to practice medicine in the State of Pennsylvania.
+ Possess current, unrestricted federal and Pennsylvania permits to prescribe medications, including controlled substances.

**B: Education:**

+ Hold a degree as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner from an accredited institution
