Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Main Responsibilities

• Provide care for presenting patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
• Demonstrate safe clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
• Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patients' needs, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in a Primary Care setting.
• NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice or working towards non-medical prescriber.
