Main duties of the job

You willbe an experienced registered Advanced Nurse Practitioner who, acting withintheir professional boundaries, will provide care for patients registered at thepractice from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis,treatment, evaluation of care, prescribing of medication and development ofmanagement plan. The role will involvecare planning and working in the community with the practices patients who maybe housebound, vulnerable adults or residents in care/residential homes.
