**Qualified Candidates:**

+ Provide inpatient and outpatient services at Medical City Heart Hospital, Medical City Fort Worth, and Medical City Plano focusing on advanced heart failure management, cardiac transplantation, and mechanical circulatory support
+ Fellowship-trained and board eligible in advanced heart failure and transplant cardiology
+ Valid Texas medical license or the ability to obtain
