Description

Key Responsibilities
• Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, configure, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, network) on AWS platforms.
• Monitoring & Alerting: Implement and manage monitoring tools Splunk, CloudWatch and ServiceNow to track performance, identify issues, and respond to alerts.
• Automation: Use Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and scripting (Python, Bash) to automate deployments, provisioning, and routine tasks.
• Incident Response: Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents, outages, and security issues, often participating in on-call rotations. Major Incidents.
• Security & Compliance: Enforce security best practices, manage access controls, and ensure adherence to governance policies.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously tune cloud resources for optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
