An exciting job opportunity has recently become available for an Adult Social Worker to join the Community Active Recovery Team (CART), based in Waltham Forest.

What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will engage with individuals, carers, families, groups, and communities to assess and intervene preventatively using professional judgment. You will develop person-led Support Plans to meet the needs of individuals, promoting choice, control, and independence. You will use a strength-based approach to assessment to support individuals in identifying and developing their support networks, considering positive risk-taking to enhance their wellbeing.
