Southend City Council are looking to appoint a new full-time, permanent Commissioner in a 12month fixed-term capacity.

They will be responsible for strategic market development, workforce planning, safeguarding oversight, quality improvement, and ensuring effective governance. This new strategy will outline how Southend Council will use digital solutions, data, and technology to enhance social care practice, promote independence, and improve the quality of life for residents.
