The following is essential criteria:

– Degree in Social Work

– SWE Registration

– Right to work within the UK

Experienced social worker required on a busy Community Mental Health Team for Older People. To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to complete Care Act assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments, support plans, S117 and Mental Health Review’s and risk assessments. 

Normal working pattern of Monday-Friday 9-5pm. Mainly office based but some flexible working can be arranged with manager.

Experience in working on a CMHT is ESSENTIAL
