Conduct assessments and provide individualised occupational therapy interventions for adult and elderly clients with physical, cognitive, or psychosocial challenges.
Develop personalised therapy goals and intervention plans tailored to clients’ functional needs, interests, and life contexts.
Deliver therapy through individual or group sessions in centre-based, residential, or community settings.
Provide caregiver training and advice to promote independence in daily activities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and, where applicable, participate in case discussions to support holistic care planning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Fully registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) , Singapore.
