Position Overview

NFI Massachusetts Inc., a non-profit human services agency, is seeking a Direct Care Staff for our Adult Services program located in Chelmsford, MA.

The Oasis program serves four adult men diagnosed with traumatic brain injuries and various medical issues. The program offers residents a full range of services including assistance with ADLs and medical needs, recreational opportunities, transportation, and direct care support.

Job Responsibilities:
Medication administration

Medication ordering

Personal care

Laundry

Light cleaning

Trash removal

Transportation (driving the van and taking the individual for medical appointments, outing/shopping and/or to day programs).
Available Shifts:
1st Shift: 9:00am–3:00pm

2nd Shift: 3:00pm–11:00pm
Compensation:
Direct Care: $20/hour
