disabilities, helping them to become valued members of the community and to
achieve maximum independence.
The individual will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team working in community settings with service users, their families and their carersβ. This involves working unsupervised in the homes of service users and other community settings.
This post involves working with people who are vulnerable, have
communication difficulties and may have challenging behaviour. The post
