Job Responsibilities
Functions as the strategic business leader of the hotels' Sales and Marketing Operations.
He/ She is responsible for development of the annual sales & marketing budget, revenue forecasting, managing the implementation of the hotelโs sales and marketing strategies and achieving budgeted top line revenue for the hotel.
Works closely with revenue management and marketing teams, to develop strategies to maximize Revpar, profitabilty and grow market share.
The position ensures that the Sales and Marketing team meets the brands' focus on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance of the department.ย
As a member of the Executive Committee, he/she develops and implements hotel-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brandโs target customer, resulting in creating an iconic and profitable hotel.
