Adobe PM / BA Job Description • Lead and support the internal Adobe Experience Platform development team using agile practices. • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to clarify goals and requirements. • Translate business needs into actionable work items for the technical team. • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as stand‐ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Remove blockers and help maintain predictable, high‐quality delivery. • Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team. • Align with Product Owners and cross‐functional partners to ensure value is delivered iteratively. • Maintain clear and transparent communication between internal teams and clients.
