ADMITTED ATTORNEY with more than 1 year post-admission experience Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa More than 1 year post‑admission experience Proven litigation experience (Magistrates’ Court & High Court) Ability to manage matters independently from inception to finalisation Fluency in Afrikaans and Portuguese will be considered an added advantage Strong administrative, organisational and compliance skills Stable employment record with contactable references Valid driver’s licence Based in Pretoria Experience Required Administration of deceased estates and trusts Family, commercial, criminal and labour litigation Court appearances, trials, applications, and opposed matters Drafting pleadings, affidavits and heads of argument Client consultations and ongoing file management Additional Exposure Cross-border and international matters Immigration, legalisation, apostilles and document authentication
