Admissions Nurse Liaison

Travel is required for this position. Care is provided in patients’ private homes and residential fac ilities throu ghout Greater Boston and parts of Metrowest.



Job Responsibilities :

The Admissions Nurse Liaison (ANL) is responsible for ensuring a comprehensive and smooth admission process for patients being admitted to Good Shepherd Community Hospice.
