Ensure that correct procedures and policy are followed when dealing with application with underage, fraudulent and criminal convictions.
Maintain a high standard of knowledge and awareness of the HE sectors, relevant legislation, university’s entry requirements and admissions processes.
Handle all administrative processes and admission of students including filing, archiving of data, reporting, etc.
Attend to applicants’ enquiries independently in timely and professional manner.
Establish close liaison with education consultants, academic department, international office, scholarship unit, registry and finance department.
