**- Qualifications:**



+ Experience in healthcare admissions, hospice, or medical office administration preferred.

+ LPN/LVN certification preferred.

+ Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

+ Knowledge of hospice services, Medicare guidelines, and community resources beneficial.
