Administration Manager
We are looking for a seasoned Administration Manager to lead and optimize administrative operations, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and a high standard of workplace experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end administrative functions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations aligned with business objectives
- Develop and implement administrative strategies, policies, and SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
- Own vendor management, including selection, contract negotiations, performance evaluation, and cost optimization
- Manage imprest (petty cash) operations, including disbursement, tracking, reconciliation, and reporting in line with financial controls
