Job Summary
Serves as Chief Administrative Officer in the absence of Hospital Administrative Staff. Interfaces with all departments in order to solve problems in the absence of Administration or appropriate management.Essential Functions

Makes rounds on all units to support nursing and help problem solve by coaching and mentoring Charge Nurses and staff RN's.Obtains report from the Charge Nurse on each unit regarding the following: staffing, hospital falls, AMA's, patient complaints, problems, etc. Coach and mentor Charge Nurses to help proactively solve problems.
Works with the Resource Staffing Department to help stabilize core staffing levels throughout the hospital.
