Job Description
The DBA Program Administrator will oversee the administrative, operational, and coordination aspects of the Doctorate of Business Administration program. This role serves as a key liaison between faculty, doctoral candidates, program/college leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery and high academic standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Higher Education Administration, or related field (Preferably Master's Degree)
- Experience in academic administration, preferably in graduate or doctoral programs
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with faculty and doctoral-level students
