A **Human Resources Clerk** provides administrative support to the HR department, helping ensure the smooth operation of HR functions and processes. Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
**1. Employee Records Management**
+ Maintain and update personnel files (both digital and physical).
+ Ensure proper documentation and filing of contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
+ Track attendance, leaves, and time-off requests.
**2. Recruitment Support**
+ Assist with posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
+ Coordinate candidate communications and interview logistics.
+ Collect and organize job applications and resumes.
**3. Onboarding and Offboarding**
+ Prepare onboarding documentation and orientation materials.
