Position Overview
Job Responsibilities: Make travel arrangements (Local and International) including flights, accommodation, car hire for staff and visitors. Coordinate staff functions including: Meetings, farewells, year end, etc. Company cell phone administration, liaison and monitoring. Company petrol cards administration, liaison and monitoring. Schedule training according to agreed plan including administration of payments, records & agreements. Track training plan and send reminders to trainers on outstanding training. Coordinate IDP and Training Plan for following year. Coordinate induction of new employees including mandatory training. Monitor and maintain time and attendance records. Prepare input for payroll: overtime/allowances/fuel. Internal Communication: maintaining notice boards/intranet and distribution of information to staff. Update intranet contact list, birthdays, Employee photos. Source candidates for disabled learnerships; verify suitability vs. Seta/CHIETA requirements. HR Admin i...
