OVERVIEWThis role provides critical administrative support to the Facilities & Compliance Manager and Maintenance Coordinator, ensuring the smooth day-to‑day management of facilities administration, supplier management, utility monitoring, maintenance coordination, and reporting. The successful candidate will be a proactive individual with strong administrative capabilities, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast‑paced property management environment.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to)Facilities & Compliance Administration Process and reconcile municipal accounts. Verify the accuracy of municipal charges and identify discrepancies.
