Job Description Overview AtkinsRéalis is looking for an Emirati for a Part time Project Administrator role to be based in Dubai, UAE. Project Administrator facilitates and supports the Construction Director with tasks and information pertaining to periodic invoice preparation, petty cash management and collating information as necessary to validate the timely submission of reports.
Your role - Assist programme management in carrying out the day-to-day management of the Project.
- Assist in co-ordination with teams internally at the programme and support office for collating periodic information.
- Lead in preparing official submissions of invoices with relevant information.
- Provide help in forecasting invoice value for revenue projection.
- Well‑versed with contractual obligations and financial and accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with team members for reports input.
