AtkinsRéalis is looking for an Emirati for a part‑time Project Administrator role to be based in Dubai, UAE.
Your role
- Assist programme management in carrying out the day‑to‑day management of the Project
- Assist in coordination with teams internally at the programme and support office for collating periodic information
- Lead in preparing official submissions of invoices with relevant information
- Provide help in forecasting invoice value for revenue projection
- Be well versed with contractual obligations and financial and accounting principles
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with team members for reports input
- Assist the Contract Administrator in satisfying the targets of Financial Delivery of a project
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by Construction Director
