Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - Track project schedules, resources, and basic budgets
- Support hiring, vendor coordination, and contract administration
- Organize and maintain SharePoint and Teams environments
- Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and action tracking
- Support documentation (SOPs, FAQs, manuals)
- Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with Copilot Studio–based internal support tools (training provided)
Job Requirements - Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business studies or banking/FI or its equivalent.
- Min. 3 years of work experience
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- SharePoint / Microsoft Teams experience
- Familiarity with project or task management tools
- Copilot Studio or other Gen AI tools experience
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
