Ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and enhancement of CTMs CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365).

Provide technical support and training to end-users to maximize CRM adoption and usability.

Manage CRM data integrity, including data cleansing, validation, and governance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain platform stability and reliability.
