About the role
Provide administrative and operational support across the business, ensure coordination between office, workshop, and site teams.
Responsibilities
- Document control and filing systems.
- Project and tender administration.
- Procurement support and supplier coordination.
- Basic financial administration (quotes & invoices).
- Team coordination and communication.
Training & Development
- Month 1: Office systems and document control.
- Month 2: Procurement and tender support.
- Week 3 onwards: Pricing, quotes, invoicing exposure.
- Months 3–6: Full admin responsibility and reporting.
Systems & Tools
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Shared drives / document systems.
- Tender portals.
- Basic accounting tools.
