Position Overview
Responsibilities - Provide administrative/secretarial support
- Assist with secretarial support, billings, travel bookings, meeting room bookings
- Process billings and managing billing processes
- Prepare statement of accounts, monthly ageing reports as and when required
- Liaise with the respective internal stakeholders
- Assist in preparation of presentation materials, reports
- Maintain status reports, and provide reports to managers upon requests
- Provide status updates on files and track progress using in-house database
- Ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience in admin support and billing/processing invoices
