Responsibilities Performs business support activities, with core tasks of creating and managing purchase orders, managing actual spend vs budget, creating new suppliers and cost centers, liaising with internal and external teams, enhancing policies and procedures, raising tickets for support, and proactively following up with teams. Maximizes the efficiencies of the business to which this support is provided, keeps systems and records up to date, and performs administrative tasks according to set policies and procedures. Perform business support activities, primarily creating and managing purchase orders within the Ariba system. Provide guidance and direction to staff for best practice in raising a PO.
