Position Overview
The Admin Support & Meter Works Coordinator is responsible for supporting the metering works required for current and new Clients. This role also has a responsibility in the Admin Support team assisting with the management and processing of administrative tasks. Duties and Responsibilites: Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of tasks, Ensure that all tasks are delivered on-time, Ensure resource availability and allocation, Assist in maintain existing Metering Asset Registers New Meter installation request Management through supplier Meter commissioning/decommissioning Management through Supplier General administration duties, Processing of new applications and ad hoc meter read requests, Assisting when/if required with life support processing, Handing of communication by phone and email To maintain existing relationships with suppliers Requirements Advanced Excel Skills is a must Experience in utilising a job ticketing s...
