As a key player, your responsibilities will include offering comprehensive support to the Vice-President and managers while coordinating schedules and meetings. You will engage with internal partners, ensuring smooth administrative practices, and assist in preparing executive-level documents that drive our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily activities for the vice-presidency and executives
• Organize business travel, meetings, and workshops
• Handle expense reports and administrative processing
• Ensure timely follow-up on meeting deliverables
• Collaborate on project coordination as requested
Requirements:
• DEC in office technology or administration
• Minimum five years in high-level administrative roles
• Mastery of Microsoft Office products
