Administrative Support Executives (Customer Experience & Marketing Campaign)
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience and Administrative Support
- Support administration of customer satisfaction portals and customer experience dashboards
- Process new user account creation requests and amendments to existing user access
- Maintain documentation related to onboarding, user access, and audit records
- Assist in preparing monthly audit and reporting materials
- Support basic troubleshooting and coordination for portal access-related matters
- Perform basic customer satisfaction analysis and reporting using Excel, Power BI, or AI tools
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather inputs related to customer experience improvements
