We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our food and beverage operations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the F&B industry, particularly in handling service crew, processing payroll, and managing social media content.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing and coordinating daily activities of the service crew
- Prepare and process staff payroll accurately and on time
- Create and schedule social media posts to promote brand presence and drive engagement
- Maintain employee records, schedules, and attendance logs
