Summary You will serve as an Administrative Specialist in the Contracts Department of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA. Responsibilities You will provide recommendations to supportive changes in processes and execute administrative procedures approved by leadership within the organization to reduce the burden of administrative requirements on managers, supervisors and others. You will advise ways to automate administrative support systems such as records, communications, directives, forms, files, and documentation. You will Independently develop and execute administrative improvement plans, tracks critical path, and troubleshoots arising problems. You will work with leadership to evaluate operational and administrative staffing efficiency.
