Position Overview
The Department of State Police is seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator who will perform and coordinate a variety of administrative services for the D Troop Commander and staff. The various administrative services include the areas of administration, staffing and operations. Duties of this role include: ยท Provide technical support and exercises subject matter knowledge within areas such as Blue Team and provides training to new staff members as requested. ยท Prepare reports, manage records, and monitor activities for the D Troop Commander and their staff as required. ยท Perform, coordinate, and monitor administrative and operational services (e.g., administrative/clerical, payroll, staffing and/or building operational services) within D Troop to support efficient operations, including, but not limited to, secretarial and clerical duties, such as assigning case numbers to citizen complaints. ยท Perform other functions such as receiving and compiling overtime information from subst...
