Reports directly to the Deputy Director of the When and Where Unit. Serves as Field Engineer for the Parks and Land Bridges in all boroughs i.e. Citywide;
Lead one or more engineering divisions or bureaus; oversee large-scale design and construction projects. Exercise independent judgment in the management and execution of engineering Represent the agency in high-level meetings, negotiations, and public or interagency forums. Supervise teams and provide strategic leadership on projects requiring exceptional creativity, professional competence, or community impact.
