Summary The Administrative Officer fills a critical role in the success of major Action or Country programs abroad by developing and implementing the management structure and services. ***Worksite Information***: Selectees must report to a a federal duty location to prepare for overseas assignment. Responsibilities These duties may include, but are not limited to: Responsible for management and administrative leadership with; program leadership, finance and budget, IT, Human Resources, contract and acquisition, and logistical resources. Develop and implement the management and administrative structure and services required to meet program goals effectively and efficiently. Leads, motivates, and guides subordinate staff, developing them appropriately, and adapting leadership style for various situations.
