Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other departments as required
Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, and managing travel arrangements for the team
Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate resources
Assisting with the implementation of office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
Providing support for special projects and events as needed
