Responsibilities Handling incoming and outgoing calls (telephone center).
First point of contact for clients, partners, and public authorities.
Providing administrative and secretarial support to the organization’s departments.
Managing correspondence (email, physical mail, courier services).
Maintaining and organizing records and documentation (both physical and electronic).
Data entry into information systems / databases.
Collaborating with the organization’s staff to ensure smooth office operations.
