Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute daily administrative operations, including office environment management, fixed asset, and office supplies procurement.
- Research and apply for government support programs, subsidies, and corporate honors.
- Assist various departments in enforcing company policies to ensure smooth administrative operations.
- Manage employee attendance system, personnel files, and administrative documentation.
- Organize and coordinate company meetings, events, and external receptions.
- Support communication with FPIP management and government agencies on administrative matters.
- Supervise daily operations of security, cleaning, cafeteria, and other logistical services.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by superiors.
