Roles & Responsibilities

Managing end-to-end restaurant licensing and renewal processes

Handling documentation for FSSAI, liquor license, fire NOC, music license, shop & establishment, GST, and other compliance requirements

Maintaining legal records, agreements, contracts, and confidential documents

Following up on approvals, renewals, inspections, and compliance deadlines

Preparing reports, maintaining databases, and organizing official documentation

Supporting new restaurant launches with licensing and operational setup

Managing vendor coordination and official communication related to compliance matters
