POSITION SUMMARY:
The House Supervisor - NOC Shift provides clinical and administrative leadership oversight for hospital operations during the night shift across all Mayers Memorial Hospital District locations, including the main campus (Acute Hospital and Skilled Nursing Facility) and the Burney location. This position serves as the highest-ranking nursing and operational leader on duty during NOC shift and is responsible for ensuring safe, effective, and coordinated patient care delivery across Acute Care, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Emergency Department (ED), and support services.
