Administrative Facility Specialist
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for camp residents and address their concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with third-party service providers for maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and other services.
- Handle staff complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities (Wi‑Fi, recreation areas, etc.).
- Oversee food services to ensure quality, hygiene, and nutritional standards.
- Ensure service providers meet contractual and quality requirements.
- Maintain records of deliveries, parcels, and camp-related documentation.
- Support resident check‑in and check‑out processes.
- Facilitate communication between management, service providers, and staffs.
